With a combined leasable footprint of 293,600sf, International DC #1 and #5 represent two of our speculative projects completed in 2019. Both are rear load warehouse/distribution/manufacturing, or flex type industrial developments. They are part of a family of recent design-build tilt wall buildings we’ve done going back to 2014, but offer unique looks and bookend opposite sides of Jacksonville International Tradeport.
With a simple, yet versatile design, 32’ and 28’ clear height, respectively, IDC #1 and #5 won’t stay vacant long. IDC #1 is about 30% full, with IDC #5 a little more than 50% leased.
